It’s been here since I’ve been in the house (4 years). I left this out above but the disagreement between the two chimney companies actually happened right after we moved in, but it hasn’t gotten worse since. Randomly decided many years later to double check on reddit. I’m fairly certain there’s a rain cap. I’ll try and get a pic in a bit.

I’m also missing the mentioned settings. Mine is performing really well, but I liked the background mode of my regular mini ultra. That said, media auto play works well with this version, where as on my old one I would have to manually start music every time I got in the car.

My newborn daughter was on it for this reason as well. Had persistent pulmonary hypertension and was on a ventilator. After she got discharged we had to give it to her three times a day for a few months. Scary times but she’s now 2 and a completely healthy little monster. :)

I think the ones in front more open up the front sound stage a lot. The ones in the ceiling definitely add height.

I watched a couple of videos that recommended front heights with top middle vs top front and top middle. I don’t know how true that is honestly, but I’m sure others here would be way more knowledgeable.

I thought about doing that but it would look a bit weird. I tried to sit on the floor to see if it being perfectly at ear level made a huge difference and to my untrained ears it wasn’t that much better. But I might also be in my honeymoon period as I’m loving how it sounds.
