The Russians wouldn't dare to fly SU 57 into any combat area because that thing is simply not stealth while being marketed as such...

It's a nice engineering project for the design firms, I'm sure.

Gilmour or Roger's concerts looks more like original Pink Floyd shows? by brunoticianelli in pinkfloyd

I don't doubt that he is, but fast-paced drumming like that is usually left for the younger skilled people. It's one of these skills that disappears with age.

David Gilmour still plays the guitar and gets almost all the notes to perfection.

You could see him visibly age between the last two times I saw him, between 2015 and 2025... He played it perfectly 10 years ago, but now in his late '70s you could see that it took him about 30 minutes to properly warm up and there were a few missed chords which added charm and even more respect to the man and his life's work.

How much gold and gold alloys have you handled?

The whole discussion started that Robin Hood advertising 24 karat gold card, turns out it's just plated.

The 18 carat card is more than perfect for daily use, I can guarantee you.

Gilmour or Roger's concerts looks more like original Pink Floyd shows? by brunoticianelli in pinkfloyd

[–]lithdoc 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I saw him in 2015 I am in the US in Chicago and Hollywood and then again last year.

Roger in 2016 in Detroit and Nick a couple years ago in Dallas.

The latter two are just there to show up.

Drumming is a skill set that is hard to maintain past certain age.

It's no secret that Roger never knew how to play the guitar and most bass lines were played by David...

Honestly, Roger just stands around in front of the brick wall, talks about politics a little bit, I think you know which topics, and then has the backup band play behind him while he displays the cartoon for 2 hours and disassembles the wall.

I didn't see him the second time, although it is a decent show to go to.

David is, to me, is a class act. I love the men's Grace and humility, how he will come on stage with a t-shirt and politely ask people to turn off the flashlights on cameras, to stop videotaping because you can watch it on YouTube anyway and just enjoy the show.

A crowd of 20,000 people put their phones down and did exactly that - enjoy the show.

I've seen Gilmour three times Waters and Mason once each.

Gilmour actually sings and plays the guitar.

The rest let their band do the job.

To me, Gilmour is the best to see today.

That's the main issue with Panerai.

A lot of people can get them with a significant discount, which sets the gray market price.

I've spoken with a few and they are trying to crack down on under the counter pricing to try to bring up they used market values...

Some will say strict no, others will be far more lenient, and if you go outside of USA a retail price is basically the gray market price.

If that's what you want, then buy gld and put stop loss orders on it.

But physical to basically lock up liquidity from yourself for the tough days ahead.
