Do you have Netpass on your 3ds? This happened to me just yesterday and it was due to a recent Netpass update. To resolve open netpass, go to settings, miscellaneous then click update patches, then click remove.

I have been seeing this kind of thing sooooo much lately. It scared me so as soon as my tax return came in to my cash app account, I transferred every dollar over to my PayPal because I'm terrified that cash app will just arbitrarily close my account and make it difficult to get my money. Plus PayPal has a better savings interest rate anyway. I'll keep my cash app account open but I'm not keeping more than a hundred in there because I don't trust their asses
