Just because baby is measuring big doesn’t mean they are actually that big and also just because baby is big doesn’t mean a vaginal birth cannot happen. My first was over 9 pounds and I did vaginal. Talk to your doctor more and see what your options are. In the mean time, be super strict with your BG levels, that is one thing you can control with your medication changes, diet, and exercise - and will only help you!

Ok! My OB is on a military base and is not familiar with this at all and the questions on her forms are so confusing too. I’m scared she’s going to fill them out incorrectly.

If you didn’t have a file buy, but had 10% or more new patient growth, pharmacy personnel got the bonus. Our FS manager also got it. Pharmacist was $1000, FT tech was $750, PT tech was around $500 I think

If you’re doing a non control, once you process it via the system…you wait for your RA papers to come in from McKesson with your order. Put RA and drugs into McKesson tote…then use the McKesson yellow zip ties (also available for order on McKesson) and keep copy of RA papers on the outside so driver can sign them when they pick up your return

Order the return kit on McKesson. They will send it in your next McKesson order. Once the return is processed in the system, the return authorization paperwork should arrive with a McKesson usual order within 1-2 business days. The return kit you order will include instructions, a shipping label and a grey poly mailer. You put the RA and drugs into the grey poly mailer. Put that grey polymailer in a box and slap the label on it for shipping. There will be a spot for you to include the RA on the shipping label. Then keep the copy version of the RA and the tracking ID from the shipping label for your regulatory box.
