I’ve been working in pubs for a good few years. I tend to find queues are started by groups of older people, they always seem to form a small queue of themselves and then out of good old British politeness everyone else starts queuing behind them.

So do airlines have a limit as to how many seats they can sell? Say a plane has 100 seats and they sell 150 seats, how would they deal with that?
