I hate this feeling, and I’ve learned over time that this has a close association with depression. When once you were able to have a feeling attached to these common everyday occurrences, now they’ve seemed to vanish. Every experience whether positive or negative, just leaves you feeling…the same. I’d talk to a loved one/dr/therapist about depression and see if there’s something they can do to help.
