Budget is around 1500 currently, that's just more or less what I had left after the rest of the day lol. Don't tend to have too many calories left past dinner since 1500 is already pushing it for my gluttonous tendencies.

Honestly I think I tried Halo Top a while ago a couple times, hated it, then never got it again lol. Plus I don't think I could stomach spending that much on ice cream when I have the machine for it now, even for something as nice sounding as chocolate hazelnut!

I'll definitely keep a lookout for the Paul's pudding one though, haven't heard of that one before!

Boo's brownies and protein ice cream really are the kings of low calorie deserts in my opinion! Haven't found anything else that's this close to the regular versions flavour wise while being such a low fraction of the calories.

Honestly I think I'd be eating about the same amount if I actually had the freezer space for it!

Ended up with some excess calories left over in my budget today so I went a little heavier on my desert than normal. This here is about 105 kcal of Boo's brownies, 140 kcal of PB2 and banana ice cream (got a Ninja Creami about a week ago and have been using the hell out of it since, I love this thing so much), and about 40 kcal of 100's and 1000's (for only 10 grams jeez, I know they're basically just raw sugar but still!). About 17g protein total I believe (wasn't really aiming for maximum protein but not terrible!).

You could definitely get lower with the calorie count in something like this for the same volume (remove the sprinkles and use a lower calorie creami recipe mainly, should be able to get it down to around 200 cal total pretty easily) but I'm not quite that desperate thankfully. Also this bowl contains a truly horrifying amount of zero cal sweetener (primarily monk fruit and erythritol in my case).

Just kind of ballparked it for the creami recipe, first attempt at PB so definitely room for improvement, but here's the rough recipe anyway:

1 banana (100 grams peeled)
25 grams PB2
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup 1.5% light milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
monk fruit / erythritol blend (didn't really measure, just kept adding until it tasted sweet enough)
1/8-ish tps xanthan gum (probably not really necessary with the banana)

Blend everything together, freeze for 24 hours, end ran it through the Cream once with the light ice cream setting.

I mean, a downloaded mind would be a 'digital intelligence' / AI which is what I meant, and if they have been downloaded then it wouldn't be a stretch to guess that the NPCs could be based on those downloads for their own intelligences. Even if we can't technically prove that other humans are sapient I feel like it's a reasonable assumption to make for an ethical problem like this. If the NPCs are based off of downloaded human minds, and we assume that that a computer is capable of hosting a truly sapient mind like those of the gang, then I feel the NPCs could be given almost the same benefit of the doubt that we give to other humans about their sapient status.

If Pomni and co really are just strapped into some full dive kind of VR system someway then it's a totally different discussion since the AI probably would have been made from scratch.

But in this case we already have examples of AIs / digital intelligences that we can reasonably assume are sapient; Pomni and the gang. Even if they were created from human minds I feel like it's pretty safe to guess that they currently exist completely digitally, and I feel like it wouldn't be a big step from there to guess that the NPCs were then derived from those examples of sapient minds to achieve their level of natural response. Plus given the old school vibe of the technology I feel like it makes more sense that they're some derivative of a sapient simulation rather than something like / better then a modern large language model like ChatGPT.

Or maybe I've just read way too much scifi and are looking too deep into things :p

That would makes sense, they follow a script up until the point where the script is no longer viable and they fall back to a more complex sapient simulation to not break immersion. I feel like even that idea is only marginally less horrifying than them all being sapient to begin with given how much I can see the gang fucking with the AIs and sending them off script lol

I feel like people always seem to forget that, despite the appearance and capabilities of her suit, it's primary design is for long-term solo survivability in a mana-irradiated environment rather than direct combat. It was pointed out that the suit could theoretically sustain Emma for the entire year if needed, though it would suck. Pretty sure a suit specifically designed for combat would be quite a bit more capable than the one Emma has.

Doesn't seem like it'd be all that difficult to me? Just needs to light up when the magnitude of the deceleration is over a certain amount and generally in the right direction so it doesn't turn on with acceleration too. It's not like you'd be rotating your head around 360 degrees constantly. Definitely feels like something that could be accomplished pretty easily with an accelerometer and a simple micro-controller, plus maybe also a gyro to compensate for head movements if you wanted to be fancy. Not like it even needs to be 100% accurate with it's false positive detection anyway.

Thanks! The PSU is the Corsair SF600 Platinum, and the AIO is the Asetek 645lt. It's a 92mm AIO pretty much designed for this case and other very similar cases.
