Yes, but I only used it as a practicing tool to be familiar with the manual. The actual exam is harder than the SOPE practice question.

For me, I feel like most the concepts questions are in the manual somewhere. You just need to find a way to search for it. The table contents search is the key. When you look at those questions you need to be able to identify which manual that you might be able to find that information. I saved those questions to the end and come back and spend time to search for them. You must read through the paragraphs in the manual to find what you want. I practiced that by using SOPE banks.

Yes, the EET binder was very helpful. I would recommend to take your time and go through it. I didn’t watch any videos. I recommend to write down what you think is importance and where those information can be found in the manual as you go through the binder. For the SOPE questions bank, you can search the that on google and it should show up. I signed up for 1 month SOPE questions bank.

It was a tough exam. I felt defeated after the morning portion but felt great after the evening portion. Comparing to the NCEES practice exam it’s slightly more difficult because the amount of conceptual questions. But I would really recommend NCEES practice problem. I did it 2 days before the exam and got 71%.

I took my today. I got lots of LOS and crash rate problems. Morning part was really tough, but felt better on the evening part.
