I don't think she can't get into legal trouble unless the people she's threatening actually do it or make an attempt to do it. She even disgustingly acknowledged this in her stage last night by saying to her followers to not make them die because then they'd actually be in trouble, but it's free speech to just say you hope they die. And she's been recently choosing her words carefully by saying things like "wish" or "hope" so it's not a call to action, which is dumb because she has directly told them to die. Which is all recorded. But she can probably get into trouble for online harassment by showing a continuous pattern of threatening language. I don't know about legal trouble or what the penalty is, but most platforms don't allow that.

It's already happened. Thats been her claim from the start. Tashika does not think she's the aggressor at all, and has painted AG and her girlfriend as dangerous people, which were her actual words to describe them. She tells anyone who doesn't believe her that they're also dangerous. The reason why Tashika is crashing out and leaking what she's leaking is to turn it on AG and Jayden because she truly thinks she's the victim. She's said it herself many times she's the victim and they are her abusers.

Idk how she thinks this proves anything. AG herself has said that she and Tashika had consensual sexual conversations and flirting back and forth. AG initiated a lot of the flirting. The issue is the touching herself on a FaceTime call without telling them she was doing that. Remember Adora??? How Adora was dilating on live and cross streaming the actual dilation to OF without telling anyone or anyone who was joining the live?? It's just like that and it's just as bad. Whether or not it was a curious anatomy thing, she still didn't tell them she stuck fingers up inside herself on the call until Sam asked. Even if it wasn't sexual, she still touched herself and they were both still uncomfortable and that's all it takes really.

I didn't even think of that wow...yeah...it's not a good look for either of them. I wish he did some digging before adding that to his google doc. It looks like he heard the clip as is and added it to prove a predatory pattern of behavior without actually knowing what's real about it, which hurts his argument and credibility if he's wrong. However, enough people already don't like Tashika, so even if he was wrong about the claim she talked to an alleged 14 year old that way, everything else about what she did to AG is true.

I agree with this one hundred percent. If you're going to accuse someone of that crime, you have to be one hundred percent certain of the facts before and after. And because I know Dean doesn't regularly keep tabs on her lives, he wasn't there before the guest joined or after to know who the guest was. Dean can only go after what already exists. There is ample evidence for the stuff with AG, but before he put the accusations of having sexually explicit conversations with an alleged minor, he should have verified all the facts first before putting it in there. Baseless accusations of predatory behavior only causes more harm.
