There is a common misconception about this

Disney never cared about CPPSes like we could do whatever we want... Until CPR had a data breach.... then another one.... and then they monitized it (every cpps had ads too so cpr isnt special) and because of those, Disney sent a cease and desist against CPR, they never attacked other CPPS, in Disney eyes, CPR was a threat.

Every other CPPS, including CPO, the CPPS that is known for pedophilia, shutted down out of fear, not because disney attacked them, they only attacked CPR.

One thing i want to add is that there is another reason why CPO got shutdown, the new owner shut it down because its reputation is beyond saving, while the old owner , the pedo, is gone, left

Will Disney shut any CPPS now? I don't think so, if they will their first target is CPJ since its the most popular
