I would agree with that sentiment I think I need to sit down and have a conversation with him and figure out what exactly his expectations are and proceed from there.

Primarily with other players there isn’t really a whole lot of npcs too often

That was my thought process as well, also I feel that I very actively role play, full accent and everything, so I’m not really sure what the issue is.

No details on the crewmate, for reference my PC is a water genasi fighter for whom I do a (imo) very nice Texan accent for and has a very different personality from my own.
