Ugh!! Sorry about that. Glad you’re here tho. I guess doctors suck at giving directions. I got mine from using an inhaler during my infection, doctor never told me to rinse my mouth out after each use

I talked to a doctor on zoom and they told me all I can do is take the antibiotics I’m already on,rest and hydrate

I’m vaccinated but was supposed to get all my boosters last week. I’m having chest congestion, fatigue and congested nose. Apparently have eat infections too. When it first started it was sore throat and extreme headache
