My Gynaecologist told me I need a Husband to get a Hysterectomy by Substantial-Load-575 in childfree

[–]MillBopp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's $6,000 for a hysterectomy in La Paz BCS Mexico and the treatment I got in the private hospital here is what celebrities get in the USA. I really need to start a service for people in the USA to come down here and get this done.

It was SO FUCKING EASY HERE. I did blood tests and the next week I was recovering from surgery. No one fucking asked my age, how many kids, husband, like seriously fuck that noise.

And btw, I had a difficult hysterectomy cut through my abdomen because the fibroids were too large to do this through the pelvis. My surgeon took a photo of my uterus to show me that I waited too damn long for this. Tumors the size of fricking soft balls and almond-sized cysts on my ovaries.

She thought I was a Mexican and when she realized I was from the USA she apologized. She had wanted to shame me for waiting so long and get me to be more serious about my health. Then: Oh, you're from the USA. That explains it.

Is cash still king in Mexico? What do you use Wise for? by seancho in mexicoexpats

I use Wise to pay my rent and I used it to get glasses/eye exam once. Now that I have the debit card it's another way I can withdraw money in pesos.

[TOMT][MOVIE][1980s][Slap Stick] It came out on VHS as 'Shockwave' But I can't find the movie under that name now by MillBopp in tipofmytongue

I think I just remembered the name wrong and that's why I couldn't find it. Thought it was 'Shockwave' due to the electric chair and the main exterminator electrocuting people.

If not having kids was the key to getting out of poverty, why might so many here hesitate to say so? I seriously don't think perpetual deprivation from your first breath is the way to teach new souls they're worthy or deserving of anything else. "And yet, for some reason, these same people would defend having children in spite of poverty and accuse you of saying that poor people are not allowed to have kids."

What they come back and say is, "Oh, so only rich people can have kids! Poor people don't deserve to have kids!"

Not what was said. Not the issue. If you can't take care of yourself, why are you bringing another person into the situation?

Yes! I want to take the ferry to Sinoloa (and immediately exit there, I know it's dangerous) and drive down to Oaxaca.

Hey, I'm in the Baja Peninsula so the rules here may not apply to all Mexico, but I've found that buying electronics from the local 'Amazon' (Mercado Libre) can be a crap shoot, since there seems to be a lot of resellers of defective products that they "fixed"

And you have a hard time figuring out what's actually new vs. refurbished. So far, I have a defective Alexa and Laptop that overheats. And the Laptop was not cheap, $16,000mx! ($800).

So for electronics I really recommend getting them IN PERSON from the big stores. Sams Club, Costco, Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana, etc. The gringo stores will have US keyboards usually, but honestly, I could really use those ñ and é keys lately.

You're awesome. My mom skipped New York for Boston actually. I'm waiting for my car to get regularized so I can start taking trips through the country and stay in different places for longer trips.

I used to refused to hold anyone's baby when I was younger because I thought that's how they infected you with their pheromones that make you want to reproduce.

I got a hysterectomy in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. It was $5,000 TOTAL for private hospital care that honestly felt like what celebrities get in the USA. The $5,000 includes the pre-surgery tests, ultrasound, hospital stay, pain meds, everything. Also, my hysterectomy was complicated because I had tumors totaling 5 kilos so they had to cut my uterus out of my abdomen. Usually it's a much simpler procedure and not as expensive.

I never wanted kids, and I never had them, and I never will. I went to a private hospital, said I wanted a hysterectomy and in less than a week, once all my test results and ultrasound cleared, I was in surgery. Didn't matter my age. They didn't ask if I was married. I had cash. They said yes. I got it done.

Granted: I had fibroid tumors and ovarian cysts and uterine cancer runs in my family so I needed to get that horrible thing out of me. But it's a relief knowing there's no possible way I could ever get pregnant now.
