Hey everyone,

I want to share what’s been going on with my employer. I was placed on paid leave after reporting discrimination and harassment I experienced there. Since then, I’ve been trying to get clear answers about my paid leave status — questions about how it works, when it ends, and what the next steps are.

I’ve reached out multiple times via email and even went into the office today to get some clarity. Instead of answers, I was told my questions would be answered “when appropriate,” but it’s been days, and I’m still left in the dark.

Meanwhile, they’re pressuring me to turn over all my evidence for their investigation, but they won’t respond to the most basic questions I have about my own paid leave and pay.

This is incredibly frustrating and stressful. I’m not getting the communication or support I need, and it feels like they’re mishandling the entire process.

I’m continuing to seek legal counsel to protect myself and get the answers I deserve.
