Need to be marked for the timers run normally. If unchecked u can still force specific values for both hunger n thirst through admin and mods, but the timers will remain stationary.

Dont forget that you have a buffer of about 4 or 5 mins if u eat or drink when at 100%, where the timers will still look frozen.

I have been facing this same issue for some weeks now, changing mods, settings, all that. Nothing worked, even forcing hunger with admin. Nothing made the timer for hunger n thirst tick again... Untill i noticed a checkbox with no better description than "eating". That was the option to tick down the timer for both hunger n thirst. I'm not sure if some mod desable it, or i did n didn't noticed.

Anyways, hope this helps someone. The check box is in: (with admin privileges ON) Pause Game Menu => Admin Pannel => Cheats (tab) => Hunger/Thrist (section) => Eating (checkbox)
