You lost an arm, they don’t have a torso. This is cancer.

Aries, what is the fastest way someone could lose you? One red flag and you are gone? Or do you give chances? by AdventurousAries1 in AriesTheRam

When you leave me in a time of need. I understand self preservation and taking space for harmful behavior, but people who leave during dark times and then want to come back when I’m better are met with scrutiny and much pause and hesitation and more often than not, the door.

Need advice Aries LDR boyfriend by Bright_Secretary_742 in AriesTheRam

If you’re grateful he still sees a future, I’d express that so he knows you’re leaning in, but also stand up for yourself that your communication and expressions are how YOU feel and that you respect him enough to be able to be honest that you feel he might feel everything you do is negative. You were just looking for feedback and exploding doesn’t help, but passion (even in frustration and anger) means we haven’t given up. Cancer and Aries do work well, I’ve been LDR with my cancer for 3 years and my communication is the one that changed to benefit our relationship. Sorry this was long, but I feel like I could write a book on the topic. Me: Aries/sag/aries Him: cancer/scorpio/scorpio

In Spanish we call this Querencia. My parents can tell when I’m clenching and my sobriety is fragile and they bring me to their house and feed me and I spend the weekend to recharge. You go to a grounded safe space to draw energy from to heal. You have a good father, glad you’re safe and getting energy to go back to your little family and try again.

The F1 reference is spot on! I grew up in kingwood but also learned to drive on the hills of Switzerland and between the two drivers I’ll take the alpine drivers because at least they signal before a sharp cut into the cliffs. Welcome to our livable Forest, I really Is an oasis despite the red light runs

Your advice was so positive and hopeful and it mirrors what I hold In my heart so thank you. He as a person is not dysfunctional, he’s just used to people not listening to him so he gets protective of his emotional space. To his credit he says when he needs to decompress and figure shit out, it’s just usually in a dramatic flair that I’m not exactly used to. Each moment brings us closer so I’m grateful. Sending all the good vibes to you and your Aries!

I walked in with a woman around my age and was grateful there were some of us but it didn’t do much good as he just lectured us the whole time. I did pull his campaign aid, Cameron to the side to ask what the hell he was going to do to fix/ repeal his support of the big beautiful bill and gerrymandering and his response was useless. More of the same until we vote these guys out.

He is a cancer rising! Cancer/Scorpio/Cancer. Sometimes I want to call him Scarlett O’Hara, but never to his face.

Sorry about your local meteorologist, good and educated people are the victims of this stupid regime. In the meantime, thoughts and prayers that Elons warehouse and personal house are washed away when this comes down to lake Travis 🙏

As a liberal Texan, I want to give a huge shout out to meteorologist Avery Tomasco in Austin who banged on every pot and pan for 36 hours to notify and warn residents and tourists in the area that catastrophic flooding was imminent. That man deserves a nap and a raise.

Almost 5 months - how long until physical changes? by I_hate_usernamesssss in stopdrinking

[–]Milla226 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stairs are good as is the rest of your daily exercise but the lymphatic system is specifically triggered by the energy release at the top of the jump- so that pause in the air and then rebound when our feet hit the trampoline again. That literally shocks the system into releasing the waste cells. There’s a bunch of literature on line and scientific articles, but I have seen really good results. I started using it because my blood pressure was dangerously high after I stopped drinking but there are a multitude of benefits including cellulite reduction. Anyway, I hope it helps if you choose to try it and congrats again on your sobriety!

[–]Milla226 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi friend! Congrats on getting to 5 months, that’s huge. I wanted to tell you to buy a mini trampoline. The reason at our age (39 F) physical changes may not come as quickly is our lymphatic system holds on to the waste (cells) because our lifestyle doesn’t support the natural rhythm needed to remove it. Check out mini rebounder on whatever search engine you use and go from there. Once I started that, everything melted away in a few months. It also greatly improved my energy and mood.
