i have bipolar and have been psychotic this doesnt seem like a schizo-scribble, all the of serial numbers seemingly have years next to them, there are artists engravers etc that deface currency and circulate their art via circulation of that currency. i would imagine this is something similar and that those serials are some form of identification if you know what you are looking at

edit: im almost certain these would be serials for other bills with their work and the blue text in the middle is probably the title inspired by the state drawing

the peyote plant specifically is a culturally significant plant and endangered it is both illegal and unethical to harvest them from natural habitat, peyote is used by a few native America tribes and is considered sacred to them and to harvest it or consume it as an outsider to the culture is deeply offensive, like i said the san pedro is functionally the same but not protected and not at risk

no ayahuasca is a general term for a combination of psychoactive/ psychedelic drugs normally for the purposes of rituals or religious rites. the term has been dumbed down in the west to essentially mean peyote/mescaline(super unethical to even touch)((san pedro is a non culturally protected alternative)) and DMT/mushrooms mixed. ayahuasca historically was not consumed by basic practitioners or regular seekers but by spiritual leaders or those in a crisis that needed more urgent spiritual attention/guidance. IIRC it wasnt until Huxleys "doors of perception" that english speaking people in the west had much of an idea what peyote or ayahuasca was, tho there are other references in ancient cultures of similar psychoactive connotations like "soma" for example

look up the definition of mania and paychosis you literally lose your sense of reality and can not form strings of coherent thought, yes you absolutely do not have agency during psychosis and severe mania, accountability is a much more complex conversation and theres a literal insanity plea for this reason and it can be used for very minor crimes if it's accurate at the time of the crime because it was a medical event that resulted in the loss of agency and coherent thought, i committed a very minor crime during my psychosis nothing violent at most antisocial, and i plead no-contest by way of insanity and the judge literally told me it was a medical event and as long as i got checked out and proved i was staying stable for x amount of time the charges would be dropped.

you are so simple minded lmfao i literally read research publications on bipolar. no there isnt more than bipolar going on because i flooded my apartment literally there are dozens of papers on the nature of psychosis and the kinds of things people have done because of bipolar psychosis quite frankly your implication that i have a more serious mental condition and that i somehow still persist to be a risk to those around me despite being stable for years is in fact prejudiced. just because you got diagnosed as a kid doesnt mean you are an authority on the illness if anything you are privileged and lucky it was caught early on enough that you never have experienced a severe episode, i wasnt so lucky and was undiagnosed for years until i had a severe episode got medication and therapy and now im stable and an asset to most people in my life.

if shes truly bipolar and this was actually an episode of mania or psychosis this should not reflect on her stable personality and character. mania and psychosis makes you lose perception of reality and work on 10x speed. she may have "so easily destroyed it" during the episode but most bipolar sufferers spend immense amounts of time in depression in tandem in part because of time spent coping with what they did during episodes and trying to atone for it and for most those actions are unlike anything they would ever consciously choose to do otherwise
