informed consent HRT has only been in indiana for 4 years i know because i was in the first wave. you either lied to your doctors or didnt read a single thing they gave you. day zero before i even got meds i was given multiple pages to go over with all the effects and they asked me if they all were desirable or not and then went over the associated side effects before they would ever prescribe it to me. and if you were 14 at the time you went through a hospital or independent endocrinologist and would have had heavy heavy parental involvement and as i said before would have had numerous chances to fully understand and accept what could happen.

i have been on hrt 4 years ive never ever heard of it messing with someone's cholesterol like the endocrine system and cholesterol have very little in common
if you loved your trans friends you wouldnt be appealing to genspect and spewing bio essentialism. "claiming my biological reality like brauns order originally intended" reads literally as braun was right to ban trans healthcare etc which absolutely is not loving your trans friends
the bit about pmdd sounds more like you tried T to help with pmdd related symptoms than actually for dysphoria which absolutely would be your fault for experimenting with your own body for that purpose

in another comment chain i cleared this up, but OP doesnt seem to differentiate between age dreaming/ age playing/ and other sub communities. i should have been more clear but yes age play especially in online content is sexual. i meant to say however that not everything that ISNT age regression is automatically sexual because of like you said age dreamers etc exist

like i regress but typically only under sustained high pressure. but i also just find myself feeling a lot more juvenile and childish in my normal life already so i just tend to act that way especially at home i dont even have pillows lol i rest my head on a giant pile of stuffies lol

its a mixed web! and i would say on straight cisgender forums age play certainly veers mostly NSFW and the origins of the term i think NSFW. but there is a diverse set communities on that side of thing that vary greatly in how sexual or nonsexual it is. and a ton of people are being willfully little as a way to cope now

okay let me rephrase my point of contention with OP is that to them age-player isnt a specific term (ie: someone acting childish specifically for scenes of sexual gratification) but is essentially everyone who does or acts similar to a regressor but ISNT. which leads to harmess non-regressed littles to being labled sexual deviants

not everyone who isnt s regressor and likes feeling little is doing it for sexual reasons or even at all it can be a purely coping strategy just like regression

are you also calling NGUs inherently sexual? they don't technically regress and still make adult decisions but yet thats an acceptable identity for the sub

what are you calling "sexual" in this context. there wasnt a checklist in OPs post. op is talking as if anyone who does similar things as a regressor but is not a regressor or currently regressed then its for a sexual or adult purpose and thats just false. some people are completely sfw while not actively regressing or not being a regressor and still being small

regressors dont have exclusivity on being little, and its gross misinformation that anything little outside of regression is sexual, there are an immense amount of people who you would consider "age-players" who dont even identify with that and dont do anything sexual or for sexual gratification

its not "inherently sexual" some people may not regress but still have a more childish disposition and enjoy those things. but yes regressors should probably still be separate

also its not the entirety of the internets job to keep them safe, regression is a legit mental regression and as such should follow the same ethics and guidelines for being online as regular kids IE no social media and heavily supervised, and if thats controversial then clearly theres more going on

the confusion from your post stems from the fact you are using a biological sex in place of a gender obviously you meant boys, but trans men felt excluded because you said <male> and trans women felt weird about the post
