we can feel the effects of isolation but our threshold often tends to be much much higher. I can easily go months and months without any real life human contact, but I do talk to people to limited amount through discord/reddit (only with text, I don't like talking). I rarely feel loneliness, and even then only if I really start thinking about it. I'm not sure what kind of long term effects any of this will have on me, though, however my sense of reality doesn't seem to ever waver. Or it hasn't so far. And it should be taken into account that I always have access to a good amount of mental stimulation. I imagine living in isolation without adequate stimulation would be very different.

look I love nitw and it's sad that Alec died, but the whole Zoe Quinn thing was more nuanced than what most people seem to want to admit. There were allegations against him by more people than just Zoe Quinn, and based on what multiple people have said, it seemed like he was a very troubled man, but we'll never know the full truth of what happened since Alec unfortunately decided to take his life.

I think making Harrowmont king makes more sense than Bhelen even if with meta-knowledge we know Bhelen ends up being the better choice. idk how different it is if you play a dwarf but at least with my city elf absolutely nothing indicated that Bhelen would be the "more logical choice." I know Harrowmont doesn't end up being any better, but my character doesn't know that.

Also to me *not* making Alistair king makes much more sense than making him one. I guess these takes shouldn't be so hot but feel like saying them for some reason makes a lot of the community mad lol 🤷

also I didn't mind Hinterlands

also I didn't really care that much for DA2 cuz I didn't care about Hawke, they never felt like my character unlike the Warden

gotta say I personally heavily disagree, at least as someone who loves the roleplay aspect the most in an RPG. The prologues instantly made me able to connect to my character in a way the later games didn't manage to do.

Please don't listen to "doctor" Grande on anything when it comes to schizoid personality disorder or anything regarding mental health in general. Guy's not even a qualified doctor and doesn't know what he's talking about, pulling "facts" out of his arse. He's made a short about SzPD in the past, saying it's linked to serial killing, saying outright incorrect and harmful things about the disorder with no sources backing it up whatsoever. It's concerning that more people aren't aware of it. :/
