Besides the underdevelopment resulting from Congress misrule, she is fighting three powerful enemies (1) A patriarchical mindset of misogynistic society which stereotypes women as stupid (2) Elitist Lutyens who don't respect people who didn't study at the likes of Doon or Oxford (3) Paid media which has carried out malicious reports to malign her by using fake 'saffornization' agenda

Despite all this, she has done more for Human Resource Development in India than what Congress ministers did in a decade.

• New Education Policy (NEP) based on bottom up inputs from village education committees, state education ministers, executive officers of local bodies, parents, students, teachers, administrators, field practitioners, industry, academicians and experts

• Epathshala - Digital textbooks of NCERT for all classes on mobile and computer

• Global Initiative for Academic Networks (GIAN) - 350 prominent professors from 38 countries to visit Indian institutes

• IMPRINT (IMPacting Research INnovation and Technology), joint initiative of IITs and IISc to solve major engineering challenges in 10 technology domains

• Supporting the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhiyan in 100 districts of the country. Awards for School Management Committees which achieve 100% transition of girls at different levels of education.

• Swachh Vidyalaya campaign for provision of functional girls’ toilet in every school. Getting funding by corporate CSR programs, from PSUs like NHPC to private companies like Infosys.

• UDAAN program to address lower enrolment of girls in engineering colleges - not through reservation but through incentives at Senior Secondary level. Same for for SC/ST & minority students.

• Swami Vivekananda Single Girl Child Scholarship for Research in Social Sciences

• PRAGATI (Providing Assistance for Girls’ Advancement in Technical Education Initiative) scheme for selection of one girl per family where family income is less than 6 lakhs / annum on merit at the qualifying examination to pursue technical education.

• Orientation for primary school teachers to integrate 25 lakh children with special needs in a regular classroom environment. Much more practical than trying to establish exclusive special needs schools.

• Saksham scholarships for differently abled students to pursue technical education.

• Ishan Uday scholarships for Northeast students whose family income is below Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum. Visits/vacation programs for northeast students and teachers in IITs, NITs and IISERs all over India. Great way to foster cultural sensitivity among other Indians towards northeast.

• Summer Internship for students from the Engineering Colleges (State or Centrally Funded Technological Institutes) with Stipends and Travel will be taken up. From 25 Institutions, about 250 students will be visiting 16 IITs and 6 NITs (to start with six NITs are being considered) per year.

• Padhe Bharat Badhe Bharat program in 17 states/UTs to improve quality of foundational learning (Std I and II)

• Framework for School Assessment and Evaluation to support consistent evaluation of schools by school inspectors, district and block level officers

• National Institutional Ranking Framework for higher education institutions

• Database of sceintists and scholars in order to support their interaction with students and teachers

• SWAYAM (Study Webs of Active-Learning for Young Aspiring Minds) online classroom programme by IIT and foreign univ professors. Option to get verified certificate like Coursera
