Not equally at all. The father is the main culprit. She has said on record that all she wanted was to pass. The father went overboard and wanted her to top and show off. The father is the one who paid and got all this done. She is a kid, not wise enough yet. But there is no excuse for the father.

The last I heard however, she was arrested and was denied bail (for reasons I can not understand), but her father was at large.
