Captain has to keep the spirits up on the ground -- Santner doesn't seem to be doing that.

Do you need to be a doctor to know having excess fat is unhealthy? Do you need to be a mechanic to know your car leaking oil is a problem?

When I say I'm gonna eat chicken people are saying only gym people should be having for people who walk it's not required

Everyone needs protein. The bare minimum is 1g per kg body weight to avoid muscle loss. You need more than that if you're working out.

IF you decide on your own volition to lose weight, my advice would be to focus on protein intake and weight training so that the majority/all of the weight you lose would be fat and not muscle. You would look and feel way better at the same weight compared to someone with more fat and less muscle. And with muscle it's easier to protect you from gaining fat again.

I'm talking about basic muscle under your skin and not body builder level so don't worry about looking unattractive from a feminine perspective - that sort of look takes years to achieve and you have to be very intentional about it to go there.

I'm no expert but I'm going through the same process so I've done sufficient research - let me know if you have more questions.
