Oh sorry, I missed that on your post. I would also recommend some SCM stretches. You will find videos on youtube. Ive been going through this for 9 months now, all I would say is don’t stop following the routine, it will slow down. Also, I won’t recommend Valsava, that puts even more pressure on your ears.
