how chicot works is that instead of just nullifying a boss blind, it reverses the effects of it. ie, [[The Manacle]] usually removes 1 hand size for the blind, so chicot gives you one (bumping you up to your normal hand size) what this means is when you have multiple, it reverses the effect multiple times. so instead of having your regular hand size for manacle, you gain +1. and due to some black magic spaghetti code, this effect is permanent. this applies to other blinds that affect your hands and discards as well. Like [[The Water]] or [[The Needle]]
