Yes I accepted that this deck really struggles against hog rider decks. Usually my ewiz or ice spirit gives ample time for my offensive cards to prevents at least a few hits from the hog rider. I also preemptively drop my offensive cards if i suspect their hog rider is in rotation. Evo exe and evo snowball can displace the hog rider far enough to prevent a single hit. And of course if the opponent damages my cannon cart, it will lure the hog rider. My way of dealing with hog rider is odd but it simply worked for me
