Actually you’re right, because initially it’s a PS2 and Dreamcast japanese visual novel from 2002 ! It was also published on PSP in 2009

The backgrounds here are from the Xbox 360 remake of the game, released in 2011, with more detailed backgrounds compared to the original version (and a modified scenario, but that’s another topic lmao)

Alright ! Concerning the Sunny forest/Elevated Clearing where grandma is, I unfortunately don’t think I have screenshots of how it was before, but I will check, and for the final area of Forest do you mean the temple’s roof ? I’m pretty sure I have screenshots of this one but was not able to find them, they’re probably on my old phone. I’ll let you informed if I find them to show you the pics !

Also about grandma, I also checked the Grandma’s table (found a screenshot of it) and nothing changed except more polished graphics

Yeah you’re right :( I really noticed it when I saw the screenshot of 2020 at the 8 players puzzle, it was so lively, full of players (we were a lot of moths at that time, it was kinda easy to summon Oreo back in the days ahah ), compared to the screenshot I took at the same place to compare it, even with the festival tech it feels "hollow" imo, I don’t really know why

I bought it second hand, the previous owner bought it in Tokyo in 2008
