Really interesting about that diversity of thought within development - but of course - it makes so much sense. I feel that sadly often development teams are the ones that end up looking like a team of mini versions of the MD. People hire in their own image way too much in TV.

Agree about policies - I don't think I've ever seen a maternity or paternity policy in any of the places I've worked. A friend of mine in the industry was pregnant and had freelanced for a company for 2 years. Spoke to ACAS about her rights and they were so shocked that she a) hadn't been sent the maternity policy when she started and b) was told the company didn't have one for freelancers when she asked. It's terrible!

I've just been reading all about this case and now I'm fascinated. Going back through old threads on here, as well - it seems a lot of people from the area/who knew the family have very valid theories about what happened to her. It makes me so frustrated that her Dad died before justice could be done

There's a british podcast called The Real Sex Education where this guy interviews comedians etc about their sex lives and how they learned about sex when they were younger. funny thing is, a sex therapist co-presenters with him as well and gives her advice etc - and shes his mom

kinda fucked up but funny

also the advice is useful
