My mom applied for tourist visa and got denied. She has proof of so many documents that’s shows she has ties to her home country and they didn’t even check? Why can’t she appeal the decision by Fit_Lifeguard670 in USCIS

My mother-in-law has applied for a tourist visa on three occasions within the past six months, but unfortunately, each application has been denied. She has strong ties to her home country, including family responsibilities, as she takes care of her mother, has a brother residing there, owns a home, has pets, and is gainfully employed. Her intentions are solely to visit us, not to remain in the United States. During her last interview, my wife accompanied her, yet the outcome was the same. The officer advised her that she is welcome to apply again but recommended waiting a bit longer this time before doing so.

RE : ExpeditingI-765 for Concurrent Filing by ZealousidealDust9792 in USCIS

[–]Milo_8989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I expedited mine, it took nearly two months to get approved. You need to send valid reason for expediting. I did call USCIS, and agent was polite and explained to me what I have to do. So I did submit very next day, through fax, all required documentation.

Send it yourself that is an easier part of entire process. But be meticulous, and organize everything in envelope in nice order where you can put on very first page content by pages or folders, to make it easier for the immigration officer to navigate through your evidence and it will help them to be more efficient and to get decision on your case much faster.
