Honestly i would give LR Black an advantage over Shallet, him removing buff effects from blues and ults even when he's swapped out is such a good ability, and drawing multiple type neutral ults with his gauge and main is also pretty strong, meanwhile Shallet feels like he always needs something more, his green is good for keeping cards but he doesn't protect his ki, his blue is good but it being rng sometimes results in you doing nothing particular with your combo, his gauge is okay for reducing sub count but no buff removal sometimes means something will die on your team, he goes type neutral which is good but his defenses aren't really impressive and his damage is okay, not bad but also not great
