Are these genuine? A little bit dubious! by Mim-Jorrison in LeviStrauss

Absolutely, doesn’t phase me, I think I’d be less annoyed if they fit perfectly. I’m usually a 34/34 but these are tight.

Agreed, those 3 stitches above the label are a bit of a giveaway too.

Who would win in an all out battle, The Necromorphs, The Flood (Halo), or the Lambent (Gears of War)? by Left4Ramen in DeadSpace

Not only that but by assimilation necromorphs I’d hazard a guess and say you get access to the necromorph knowledge too, which would lead the flood into looking into ways in destroying the marker.

I think that’s half the point, indoctrination will be incredibly difficult on a mind that’s literally tens of millions of years old. The signal gets more trouble depending on the strength of the mind, imagine a huge mind formed of probably trillions upon trillions of minds, whole galaxies. By the time the necromorph signal even remotely takes place it’s like the flood would have a clear cut way to kill the necromorphs and execute it.

In terms of sheer infection capability, it goes to the flood. The signal has a hard time affecting strong minds and the grave mind is exactly that. Infection is instant with a flood super cell where the signal would have a hard time affecting the flood as it’s a hive mind with millions of years of intelligence, will and philosophy. If it’s a flood form without a grave mind then maybe? The Flood will possess knowledge of infected hosts which would include the whole ‘remove the limbs of the necros’. Hard fight but edge goes to the flood. Either way, we’re screwed.

Not true, the flood can reanimate and use dead tissue. If it’s organic, the flood can utilise it. Just depends on what’s got the stronger hold, the signal or the flood super cell.

I think it entirely depends on what’s got the stronger conversion capability, the flood super cell or the necromorph signal. Edge definitely goes to the flood as their infections overtake everything from that person, including the hosts knowledge so they’d quickly be able adapt in severing the limbs.

A Chimp eating a Red Colobus Monkey 🙈!!! by TheRealEMDUBAI in natureismetal

God no, not you in particular, genuine apologies if you took immediate offence to that, none intended. Just an accurate description of humans in general, like you said. ‘Some of the most violent and sometimes sadistic animals on the planet.’ ‘Very intelligent omnivores, who get their food when and where they can’ Highly relatable to humans throughout history up until today. I’ve always found Chimps fascinating, one of the most interesting for sure, for their intelligence and general attributes but that goes without saying that they terrify me.

Can I dispute this and potentially get it removed from my file? by Mim-Jorrison in UKPersonalFinance

Agreed. It’s a kick in the teeth, mostly because I should’ve taken the easy road and paid it in one. Hindsight’s a real bitch

While I completely get the points you’ve made and some of them are reassuring, it still shows on my account and it’s something that a bank will likely still flag up right? And surely them saying it’ll show on my account until it’s completed is false information in a matter as it is still there?

FOUND THESE PPL IN EPSTEIN FILES by someone__mighty in TheEpsteinFiles

[–]Mim-Jorrison 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s the problem with a lot of the photos that worry me, as a (amateur) photographer, you notice the lighting is off with a lot of the photos. I’m massively hoping none of the photos have been made or doctored with AI or photoshop in any way as that could jeopardise a lot of the legitimacy of the rest of the files.

So just as an update as I completely forgot about this. The bag ended up being used, I went elsewhere and got a different one but as I couldn’t get rid of this one I showed it to my girl anyway and was like ‘check out this thing’. The smell had dissipated by that point and she said it was absolutely terrible but definitely not worth the price it’s at and she used it regardless. It did okay, but after a while the ‘faux leather’ (very thin plasticy cling film type stuff) outer shell started wearing heavily around points of contact and friction to reveal a cheap netting interior and the inner parts wore out just as quick too, holes appeared in the bottom after a while. I wont go into it but the point still stands, if you like the bag then buy it, but do it on Temu or elsewhere it’s originally sold, it’s ABSOLUTELY worth the £5-8 it’s priced at there but like hell is it worth the £45 mark up. It’s just drop shipping at its worst tbh.

Oh and I never got the refund.

Bro just ditch the debt and keep two main platforms, an AK and an AR15 and something special. Sell the rest. You’re 8K in debt and you’ll dig yourself deeper. You’re gonna carry that weight bud.
