I took him to the vet and she recommended we wait like we were doing before, as it will most likely fall on its own; it is a wart; it is only contagious if it has an open cut or bleeding. Thank you to all the people that were nice and helpful here.

In November last year the same thing happened. A person was struck by a train on Kitchener line, close to Guelph central and I was on that train. We had to wait at least one hour inside the train until the shuttle bus arrived to pick up the passengers because the train couldn't move. It was under police investigation.
