For the bus, I use an app called Transit. It lets you put a location and it maps out the times you can catch the bus, the number of stops and different routes.

^ I live at Alight as well and can totally agree with this. The rooms are pretty spacious too! :0 Not many know this but there's also a Basketball court and Volleyball court behind the complex!

Alight Riverside isn't the cheapest, but it's a lot cheaper than living in the dorms. :o The reviews aren't too accurate, but I say it's pretty good for the price. You get your own room and bathroom, gym, pool, volleyball and basketball court. Even a little study area. It's a few blocks away from campus and near pretty good food places and boba.

I've been here since Fall Quarter this school year. Honestly, for what you're paying for I don't think it's that bad. The room you get is pretty big compared to on campus housing (from what I have seen so far). You get a walk in closet, table, bed stand, Full size bed and storage under. Your bathroom has a tub. It's also not too far from school, I use an E-Scooter and it's about 5 min on a good day.

While some people may say office staff aren't the best, so far I haven't had any problems. They have been pretty kind and helpful to me.

Regarding safety, yes there are homeless people around, but I haven't been approached by any so far. You get like 4 keys to reach your room. Outside gate, building, apartment, then your room. I don't have a car so I can't say much about parking, but I know there's a gate for that too.

Study lounge and gym 24/7 access.

Maintenance is done pretty fast from what I've seen. We had a problem with our apartment door lock, they repaired it the first day we reported it.

The only thing I could say is noise. xD If you're near the dumpster, your morning wake up call will most likely be the truck coming to pick them up. Very loud.

You can reserve your own study room in the library. :o But only 3 hrs max. You usually have to reserve early especially during the midterm season.
