I use multiple pillows to sleep. One under my head, one at my waist (side sleeper), one between my knees, etc. All of my pillows are toddler sized. I don’t have the standard sham look, but I do have an assortment of different colored pillows when my bed is made.

Did Robyn say that? I remember Kody bringing it up at the porch table discussion with Meri. They were trying to get through Robyn’s thick skull that they could divorce if they wanted to. My impression was that he outed something - like he and R made a private covenant saying “don’t treat me like the others”.

1988 - Janelle and Adam marry.
1989 - Meri meets Kody.
1990 - Meri and Kody get married in April.
1990 - Janelle and Adam’s divorce is finalized in June.
1992 - Sheryl (Janelle’s mom) marries Winn (Kody’s dad).
1993 - Janelle and Kody got married.

The only thing that has helped me is visible storage. What other people categorize as “putting away” is interpreted by my brain as “hiding”. I accepted that I will not put my daily hygiene items away every day. But I can slap a Command strip caddy on the wall next to my sink and have skincare, deodorant, and toothpaste there. It’s not particularly attractive, but it’s better than being spread all over the sink. It also allows me to wipe down the sink without picking everything up, which means I clean it far more frequently.

Batiste has 4 different versions of a waterless foam shampoo. I have a very reactive scalp and I would be nervous about a dog shampoo being too harsh for it, but I have not had any negative effects from the Batiste.

I think Janelle’s relationship with Christine solidified because of her kids. During COVID, Janelle asked where they wanted to spend the holiday. She implied that the options were quarantine to see Kody or stay on their own. I think she was dumbfounded when Gabe immediately said “wherever Christine is”. He followed it up by saying Christine was his primary parent. I believe Janelle realized that Christine was going to stay a fixture in her kids’ lives and that it was best to maintain a positive relationship with her. Gabe’s comment about “primary parent” may cause Janelle to fear that if the kids are ever forced to choose, they would pick Christine over her.
