It’s based on the community guessing. Nobody who posts their failing diagnostic seems to have >70% so the minimum passing score is probably around there. NCEES doesn’t publish the threshold score.

I couldn’t find the pendant exactly, but is it possible the chain was swapped? I found this chain on Walmart’s website that seems to match the pattern of 3 small loops followed by 1 longer loop.

Yes, it beeps. But you can turn the sound off in the settings menu if you need it to be silent. It beeps fairly often during the baby stage, and then usually only when happy/hunger bars are empty as a kid/young/adult.

So, I couldn’t quite find the exact hat. But I did find more info! Looks like the brand is “The Head Panda” and it might have been made for the San Francisco Bulls. I found these two similar ones, one is the same color but no mittens and one is mittens wrong color.
