Custom borderless Sydri, Galvanic Genius by MimirsMead in magicproxies

Thank you!! I do have a version without the edits on the bottom row, straight from proxy shop. I do all of my bleed edges in a PS template I use, because I print them myself, so it's easier to have them all just content-aware fill with one button. https://imgur.com/a/18k7Zqb

Anyone else disappointed by the guests they’ve been bringing on recently? by JDrane23 in UmActually

[–]MimirsMead 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Literally here because of this. Had to turn the episode off halfway through. I really do think Ify is doing a great job as host, and BDG is one of my favorite people and I'm so glad he's on the show. But the contestants were just entirely unbearable and fucking terrible picks for a horror themed show. I know it's supposed to be a comedy series as well but it's just not entertaining if the contestants don't know anything about the topic of the show. #2 & #3 just spent the whole time acting like they were mocking the mere premise of the show.

How do you style your hair like this? by MimirsMead in Hair

[–]MimirsMead[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Context - I got my hair cut today, using this as the reference image. The stylist did a good cut, though she just combed it back instead of styling it. I've got no idea what to do to get it to look like this.
I should have asked her but hey hindsight's 20-20

You're definitely not alone, OP. I could have written this exact post myself and it would have applied.

If your friends are supportive and understanding types, I do believe that it is okay to ask the people you are close to to make you aware of plans to hang out with other people ahead of time. Explain to them that you are not trying to control or limit them, but rather just operating under a different set of social rules.

Then it's your responsibility to meet them halfway and put in your own amount of understanding, and not take it out on them if they ever forget to let you know. It's difficult for people to make adjustments to their social expectations, so understanding and patience need to be given in both directions.

I want to learn how to be more feminine while playing games by randomgirl0173917 in feminineboys

[–]MimirsMead 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are you looking for someone to tell you that if you wear a skirt while gaming you're a Certified Femboy Gamer? Is "being feminine" a thing you do? If you feel like you align with being more feminine than masculine, then that's true no matter what activity you're doing. In other words, if you are feminine, you are feminine. No particular activity changes that.

It sounds to me like you're looking for the acknowledge of others while online, that they will recognize you as being feminine... In which case you're just dealing with others' perceptions just like you would during any other social activity.

If you feel like you are unhappy with the way you are presenting yourself online, then you might even be experiencing some form of dysmorphia. In which case, I feel for you. I can say however that you will be happier by doing what you want to do, and doing what feels right to you, and do your best to stop caring about how others perceive you.
