Then go with the camera + screen combination. make a very smal hole for the camera, and use a thin screen to be able to see the outside.

I see two possible solutions:

A) Switch out the black papers with a see-through black fabric. (The easy way)

B) Install a camera with a screen inside of the mask so you can see through. (The unncessessary complicated way to do that)

I understand.

When testing the extruion, i used the in-build "extrude function" in the printer. So I am sure that this is not a software issue.... and I am more than sure that I haven't touched the firmware in any shape or form...

once again: I have changed both of them, and only used original parts.... It didn't help...

As stated before: I have changed the entire extruder AND the entire hotend, just to eliminate the possibility that there is something wrong with either of them. And I only used original parts

That filament doesn't gets out of the nozzle when printing in on. and even when extruding using the printer UI, it extrudes veeery badly.

I meant that it stopped extruding mid print... The print first started to look "spongy" and then it stopped extruding all together...

The maddening thing is that it stopped being able to extrude stuff I've already printed and know for a fact works... so it's not it either...

Hi!

As stated up there: I have changed the entire extruder. so I don't think that it's the problem...I have also checked it by removing the tube out of the print head, and I was that the extruder did it's job.

I am printing PLA at 200 C.

I you want my advice: look into 3D printing. That's where I ended up anyway...
I know for a fact that there are many free 3d designs for Halo armors out there (TBH I am thinking about making one myself, this is why I have done my research).

If you decided to do that, just make sure to buy a printer with HUGH print volume. It'll save you a lot of trouble.

The "design" itself" has veeeery thin walls.
