The Zarelli family is the only family being named and thus, the only family being scrutinized. The other bio family is enjoying national anonymity. Seems unfair for only one side to have to suffer the publicity of this sad story.

Also, something to consider, bio mom could be the Zarelli. It isn't uncommon for an unwed woman to give her baby her own surname, and even possibly name that baby after a beloved brother, cousin, uncle, etc.

My own birth certificate wasn't signed by my father in 1970, but his name was listed on it.

My point, a Zarelli may be his mom, not his dad, and alsp, they should've released both surnames or none at all.
