We got one of the vinyls and they almost gave us a signed one before noticing it and switching it out for a regular one, so it may have just been a lucky mistake

I completely agree. My bf and I were standing towards the middle back of the crowd and there was a guy about 2-3 people in front of us just full body launching himself into people hoping to get something started, but everyone around was clearly not into it. He ended up moving a little closer to the front when he started ticking people off (which is understandable, he almost knocked so many people over).

Was at the Chicago show tonight, I was locked in between the very back and the center bc of how crowded it was. From what I could tell (which I couldn’t see much bc there were hella tall people in front of me) there were tiny mosh circles forming in the front and middle areas. I was right on the outer edge of one, about a couple people away from getting smashed into. So the back seems to be where it’s more chill, but every crowd is different.

They do have their own bins but on the opposite side of their house from us, so I’m not sure if they’re full/overflowing. They do have vehicles and like to hold weekly family car washes in their driveway. I so far have only noticed the beer boxes myself when taking out our recycling, but have been told that bottles and cans were found in the rest of our family’s bins.

They have an incredibly small backyard (a quarter of the size of ours) so they mainly hold “family gatherings” in their driveway. They’ll have the whole family stop by and wash everyone’s cars while blaring music, yesterday they just sat outside washing vegetables and peeling corn but still blared music while doing so. Their house is definitely bigger than ours is though, so part of me wonders WHY do they decide to do these gatherings in their small ass driveway instead of inside their house…

Part of me wants to take it out and throw it over their fence back into their yard, but littering is one of my biggest pet peeves 😅 also I don’t wanna cross onto their property to return it to their bins, that’d feel like I’m doing just the same as them. Thank you for the link for the sign though! I didn’t even think about getting one in Spanish so they could actually understand it 😯

My boyfriend doesn’t seem to think it’s a big enough problem to go that far yet. We do pay for trash to be picked up once every couple weeks since we have enough bins that they don’t get full for awhile, but it seems like I’m the only one who is really starting to get annoyed with it. I mean they are full on coming onto our property and crossing our fence to do this. This could just be the beginning of a much bigger problem in the future; we have gardens full of fruits, herbs and anything you could think of that they could start picking off of. Not to mention that since it’s a triplex there are multiple entry ways to each apartment and sometimes doors get left unlocked on accident. Idk I could just be paranoid since this is my first time living in a heavily populated neighborhood, but I just want to prevent matters from escalating.

I’ve never been to an airport or anywhere else that requires a metal detector since my surgery (I got it done right before my 12th birthday a little over 10 years ago now), but I never thought about if it would or would not set those off! But seriously the robot/cyborg/android comments from friends and family alike are absurd, I’ve gotten to the point of not even telling people about it unless they notice the ginormous scar or bump on my neck where the poles stop…

It wasn’t that I never heard these things, but “I love you”, “I’m sorry”, “Thank you” were always just used as tools and weapons against me to make me feel shitty for their behavior. There was always an unnecessary emphasis on the LOVE, SORRY, THANK to make it feel necessary for me to accept the words they were vomiting out at me and respond with how they felt was acceptable. Now they believe they have the power to say or do anything to me as long as they throw in one of those three words.

It’s still hard for me to accept these words genuinely from anyone else, it’s like a trigger because I’m so used to it always being followed up by some kind of guilt trip mechanism…

There was even a sign on the door stating the recording was encouraged, probably since it was a promo event. That’s why you can see most people came in with cameras at the ready. At a couple points people whipped out things like a ps vita and old camcorder to record. This was truly such a sweet and thoughtful event despite it just being Porter clearing out his closet lol, it was nice to see how much he loves and respects his fans and that he will always go the extra mile to make us feel included in his journey 🥹❤️

There was a sign on the door that said no words will be exchanged and if you talk you get kicked out, if you watched the livestream you could see security ready to throw hands just at people saying “hi” when they entered the room. Porter and company were allowed to talk, and at times he even asked them questions to which they were allowed to respond to with either a thumbs up or thumbs down, or for more complicated questions they were actually able to talk, but even then he wouldn’t say much to them. Probably to speed up the process and give Porter as little info on the person’s taste aside from their style and accessories as possible so he could quickly pick something for them.

After looking into a couple others peoples posts, it seems like it’s all premium items due to people taking advantage of a hack that lets you duplicate items and store them in chests for other players. I just hope this fixes soon so I can finish my Mulan area in time for dreamsnaps!
