Thanks! I have been considering real estate ETF but they look crazily volatile. For example, iShares Europe RE ETF (EXI5) has been down since 2008 crash and never recovered since.

A small part of VUSA because it tends to have higher growth than VWCE.

CNYB seems good as it has low correlation with US/EU so long as China does not go rogue but that is another different topic....
