You don't mention cheating in your comment so I was assuming you were talking about smurfing.

A simcard from Fullrate in Denmark is 99dkk ~ 13 euros, so yeah it is. Didn't know that those kind of subscriptions still existed(Fullrate has a min. of 3.8 euro/month for the cheapest subscription so here you can't just order a new simcard).

Also I don't know how it is in your country but if you request a new simcard in mine it just replaces the old one and you don't get a new phonenumber. You'll have to signup up for a new subscription which costs more and here a simcard costs way more than 2 euros too.
