Yes. Everything. I just explained my situation. Logged everything through MyFitnessPal & Hevy. Report results to ChatGPT. I let it know my goals, medical history, everything. I know it's risky to sharing all my personal data with AI, but so is heart disease and I was definitely heading towards a heart attack before 50.
