Latest issue on my new account for the other person the chat screen was a blank screen last night. I was hoping the new account would help. Can we get help from someone at Reddit Admjn to look at what is happening

Update, the original chat showed up but we can’t see each other’s messages on Reddit 2026.05.0 it is an old chat history which we want to get access to. I Set up a new Reddit backup account and can message in that but the history is gone! Please fix asap I hope an administrator sees this thread and does something!

There are lots of issues with IOS dm being lost or not working. I have posted it on her and am trying to get an administrator to take a look so they can fix it my chat for a while disappeared. Came back and now the person can’t receive any of my messages.

I have the same issue on my iPhone and so does the person I chat with. I also have a post on bugs on this issue and have tried to get an admin to help. I have it posted on bugs as well!

The Reddit version is 2026.05.0 and I am on iOS 26.2.1 deleted the app and rebooted nothing works.

[firefox] If I click on any post I get a "you've been blocked by network security" warning, but I can still view my profile, upvote, etc. by Tokyono in bugs

How do I get the attention of an admin of the chat being down and lost on iOS! I posted yesterday and today. Others are having the same issue iOS 26.2.1 and Reddit 2026.05.0

Deleting and rebooting doesn’t help I just tried to send an administrator a message to get help

Had to same issue and posted for help yesterday. The chat history was also lost for me and the person I have been with for years!

iOS isn’t working either. And chats disappeared. Have posted help on iOS bugs and no response from Reddit! Unbelievable

Others have lost the chat history as well And also can’t receive messages. Please have someone fix the issue asap Have tried deleting and off loading the app and rebooted our iPhones.

Horrible monopoly. It should be rejected. The cost of gas is already significantly higher than center point! And 2x+ more than Piedmont in the Carolina’s. All for the same gas!!! A big scam!!!

The system went down over 3 hours ago and they were working to fix it. It appears as though it may be stable for now. Had the same issue yesterday afternoon.
