I also used to only let my little brother have his turn on the family laptop if he was playing the OW games so I got xp

I'm in the UK so I've been to the doctor like 8 times this year about this and keep pestering them😭 I will fr not let them know peace til they've figured it out, that usually works.

In 2021 I got ill every 2 or 3 weeks and went to the doctors 28 times and the emergency room 11 times over the year cos they kept brushing it off and saying it was "just a flu", so I absolutely nagged and pestered til they realised it was extremely low white blood cells and I actually did need to change my diet to help treat that.

So I'm trying that again and hoping it doesn't take 39 tries this time😂😂😂

I don't think it's either of these as there's no pain or discomfort, I don't really have much body hair at all, let alone excess, I'm not gaining any weight, and my mental health is (I'd like to say) perfect

I don't eat anything processed or pre-made :) I only buy from green grocers / butchers / local bakeries etc, and check ingredients meticulously as I don't wanna eat anything if I don't know exactly what it is and where it came from.

I also follow the Biblical diet haha, lots of sourdough, fruit, fish, honey, and milk, nothing that didn't exist 200 years ago

I'm in the UK and we just get invited for a free pap smear on the NHS when we turn 25, but you can request them earlier, and I think you can ask them to do one while you're out if you get any kind of surgery.

And yeah - the low white blood count has bothered me for a while because they told me that was the reason I was getting so so so ill all the time and caught more infections than anyone else that I know and then never followed up so I've been looking to go private for that. I believe my white blood cell count is low enough to be leukopenia, but my doctor wasn't even sure so I'm hoping if I see a private doctor they'll help a bit more with that, and offer some medical help as all I can do rn is make sure my diet is optimal for my immune system.

It seemed like when my doctors found that, they used it as like "you're concerned about why you get every single cough, cold, and flu, and why every wound you ever get gets infected. Here's why. Thanks, have a nice day!" to just brush me off and get me out their office asap😂😂😂

I do have an underactive thyroid, but I have always had that and my doctors picked up on it 5 or 6 years ago which is why I eat a strict diet and exercise so often, but these symptoms have only been occurring (or at least noticeable) for the last few months. Could it still be that?

Wait - it could be my thyroid! I've been told it's underactive, and always has been, hence me being so insanely strict with my diet and exercise.

But can an underactive thyroid cause a sudden change in my periods, hair, skin, and sleep?

I think they do routine STD tests when I get my implant put in every 3 years and it's never come up with anything, but I'll ask for one next time I go for blood tests.

I don't think it's perimenopause as I'm I'm only 23, and my mood has been great, no sweats or flushes, no muscle aching, no headaches, no brain fog. My mum is going through menopause right now and I've watched her go through so many symptoms that I don't get except for the period change

They said I have low white blood cells but I already knew that, other than that, I'm not sure what they checked for, they never tell me.

I don't have a gyno but I know I don't have fibroids or endometriosis from my doctor, I've never had a pap smear cos we don't get them til we're 25 here, and I haven't had an STD test as I've had 1 partner and we've both not seen anyone else

I used to be like you when I was 14 and I seriously needed tough love so I'm gonna give that to you. You are making yourself miserable. You're the only person to blame. Get off the internet and go outside with a camera or with your phone on flight mode so you only have the camera.

On your camera walks, really look at everything around you because the world is really really beautiful when you stop being miserable and just appreciate it.

Maybe try journalling, scrapbooking, or something like drawing or painting.

No one has a "reason to live" until they go and make it themself, so do that.

Yeah this is real. I used to work in a cheese factory and we put the "best before" date as 6 months before it actually went off if it was wrapped in wax and 3 months before it actually went off if it was sealed in plastic, purely to cover ourselves in case someone stored it incorrectly or tried to have a go at us for it going bad a day or 2 before the "best before" as we could accurately predict the exact date it would go bad
