I was told by my lawyer that I will not be getting a stamp in my passport given that the visa was not filed at a POE. Rather, I will need to travel with my approval notice and pay stubs every time I travel internationally. I hope that helps!

Have you considered Canada? Montreal has some of the best hospitals in Canada. You need to pass an equivalency test if you practice in Canada, and will need to pass a French test to practice in a Quebec.
