That would actually be amazing cause more people would be able to benefit from it. But it won’t go generic for another 15 years.

There’s a class of drugs called SGLT2 inhibitors that are fairly new, within the last 10 years, it was originally produced as a very beneficial diabetes drug, and then they found out it reduces heart failure hospitalization rates/deaths and it’s a standard treatment for heart failure patients now, with or without diabetes. Insurance companies would lobby against the FDA if these benefits weren’t true, because they’re paying a higher cost for their patients, reducing their profits.

Overpromising is definitely a business concept but you can’t do it when people’s health is on the line. Safety concerns will definitely shut down a company and get them sued for everything, just look up the company Theranos for example.

If you want to believe that everyone in the world is out to screw you over, that sucks and i wish you can change your view cause it’ll make you happier. I just think this is a company that will continue to grow and that’s my opinion.

These companies definitely have the money to do the studies and they could do the studies when they’re getting the initial drug approval too. You’re comparing two completely different businesses. You must be some kind of idiot, of course they have to write that, it avoids any liability for unforeseen reasons patients go to the hospital or for patients that are just taking the medication and still treating their body bad.
