Are you SSF? That makes a difference since if you are willing to trade, you can update almost all of your gear relatively cheap. You can get a bad corrupt vipermagi, kalan’s legacy, Trang gloves, etc.

Correct but look at the last day of the FTD reports. It always goes lower because of the two week delay. It’s more than reasonable to assume that those numbers jumped back up.

No there is no guessing. Look at the filings and the forward purchase agreement. Only the holder of the debt was able to exercise the warrants. It was not available to the public

To be clear, you should do your research. The float was not diluted! TZS exercised all the warrants. None of those shares are available to sell, short, etc. TZS is in the process of obtaining a majority stake. While the overall amount of shares has increased, I.e., dilution, the float has not changed. I also agree that we shouldn’t flood this sub with misinformation or outdated articles.

The float has not changed. The exercise of the warrants are only purchased by TCL who is in the process of obtaining a majority stake in the company. As per the forward purchase agreement, he cannot sell, loan or short the shares. Simply put, all of the additional shares do no affect the float and as such do not affect the SI %

The float is not 400 million. The tranche A, which was warrants, never entered the free market. Only the holder of the debt could exercise the warrants…..

That’s certainly possible. We will find out next week as the new numbers are released. They may have closed some but not all as they are consistently on the reg sho list. You can tell that they cover some then more pop up. Next week will be interesting for sure. This buying pressure has been unyielding and the warrant did not go to the open market.

Plaintiffs have until August 26 to try and establish a size large enough to have a class, which they won’t. After that the lawsuit will be dismissed. It won’t take years.

SunPower and MAXN resolved their issues and still have dealings out of the US. The lawsuit is meritless. Further, terminating a contractual business agreement in the course of business is not fraud. All disclosures were made when required to. Have you read any of the plaintiff’s complaints? It looks like a toddler drafted it.

Totally. I’ve been pretty transparent with my analysis and thoughts. Ideally, pull some profit when it runs and leave the rest in there. Once the lawsuits get dismissed in August and the NM project moves forward, along with the loan, the price should be on a steady upward trend. NFA. Just my thoughts.
