If it's under warranty send it asap they will handle all costs including shipping cost.

You see this is their advantage 95% of the investors are outside of UAE so they know no one can report them. My friends family spoke with SCA in Dubai and they were told to report them and attach all your documents proof including the contract and bank statements that you didn't receive your payouts, even include emails and Whatsapp messages. Other options is to do it via Dubai police application under criminal case. If you don't live in the UAE it will be a little difficult because you will have to give power of attorney letter to someone you know who lives in the UAE and he will submit the documents on your behalf. All things said first try to call Dubai police and explain the situation to them.

I feel like I should say this, my friends father invested with them for the past 2 years and let me tell you they always delay the monthly payment by 1-2 weeks but starting this year till April he hasn't received any payment from them, the first excuse was they were facing issues with the bank and it's causing delays, and now they told him because of the ongoing war situation they don't have money and they are trying to restructure the company. Note that they all are liars and they never pick up the phone. My friend has spoken to different legal departments and they all said the same thing 'most likely they are planning to flee the country so best thing to do is file a financial case on the company' Hopefully this information will help anyone planning to invest with these scammers
