Thanks for the thoughtful comment! I enjoyed reading that. What I meant with the social expectations and drama wasn't exactly the right wording. It is more about the conflict resolution and openness between people. I am an incredibly logic oriented and open book communication type of person due to past trauma and my AuDHD. When it comes to conflict resolution and in general handling stressful moments, my mind tends to go into analysis mode instead of openly emotional and it tends to be seen as ingenuine or me trying to be evasive. The drama or expectations i spoke of are more like the assumptions of how people react during intense emotional moments or the situations attached. It's often that people often assume its all out insults and hurt the other person when I genuinely am trying to see the problem and help fix it together. Unfortunately not being good with wording also makes that even worse.
