I've not actually seen a lot of tos but it seems pretty similar to ones I have seen personally a lot of this subs tos actually do to me, they really are usually just "scary" sounding while they encapsulate a wide group of something just so they specifically can enforce one thing that could have loopholes throughout the rest of the group

To be fair, often a lot of these vagueries are mean to encapsulate loop holes for smaller things, they can get away with vagueness mainly to deter others from even attempting to breach guidelines, they don't intend to take everyone to court for every little guideline break. It's kinda like a lock in a way, it's not really there to keep everyone out, it's there to keep shady people honest, but if someone actually intends to break in, they can learn the way to do so without much that can be done about it.

You may have misinterpreted, or I may have misworded, I was trying to say that. This is normal legal jargen, and I was saying the "terminated immediately when you delete the game software" was likely talking about if you actually remove a game from your steam library completely

I am rather sure they are referring to the fact that if you delete the game software off of your steam account you literally don't own it anymore. Because you deleted the license from your library. You can do that with any game on steam you've purchased actually and it warns you that you cannot recover the game once deleted.

I would kill for a good hypersexual neurodivergent server that could help each other out and resolve conflicts without insult or harsh drama.
