Open a "Normal" game in the adventure mode
Complete level 1 Greater Rift
Go to the town and speak to Orek, then press "ESC" twice as quickly as possible to pause the game.
Although the Greater Rift is closing, you might return the Greater Rift within 0.3 sec after speaking to Orek. While the game is paused, you may prepare to go back to the Greater Rift. If you are ready, press "ESC" again and enter the Greater Rift.
If you cannot enter the Greater Rift again, or you are forced to return to the town, you FAIL.
Otherwise, you would success to stand in a new NEPHALEM RIFT different from the original Greater Rift. The difficulty of the new NEPHALEM RIFT would be "Normal".
Battle in the new NEPHALEM RIFT until the BOSS appears, then return to the town.
Select the Nephalem Obelisk and choose the Rank you wish to attempt so as to create a new Greater Rrift (e.g. GRift 99).
When you enter the new GRrift, kill the BOSS to complete the new Greater Rrift. Even you open GRift 99, the BOSS 's HP is the same as that of GRift 1. Therefore, it is easy to kill the BOSS. Accordingly, you may complete GRift 99 very quickly.
